Instructional Design Needs Analysis

Description

Instructional Design Needs Analysis is a fast, practical micro-course that turns “build me a course” requests into data-driven performance solutions. Using a realistic support-team scenario, you’ll learn a simple four-step TNA approach: set clear, measurable goals with sponsors; gather evidence quickly through document review, observations, interviews, and surveys; analyse findings to identify root causes; and present options that separate training from non-training fixes.
